Shipping:
All purchases will be sent surface mail unless you have advised that you wish to upgrade, in order to receive a tracking number.
Payment Methods:
Payments accepted are Pay pal and e-Transfer.
The item(s) will be shipped after full payment has been received. If no payment has been made within 7 days of requested purchase and no email communication has been forwarded then the requested sale will be cancelled. 
Items are generally shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment.  Please ensure that you have communicated the correct address. A confirmation email will be sent to notify you of shipment.

I am not responsible for damage or loss of the item once the item has been shipped. However, if the item is damaged or lost while shipping using an insured method, it will then be replaced.

Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then I will offer a full refund or exchange minus the cost of shipping up to 7 days after you received the order. However, you will be responsible for paying the shipping to return the item to me in its original condition.
